Impossible to reach customer service by phone and keep losing connection through chat
I cannot get into my account on Rocket Money or Rocket Savings due to losing my phone and no longer having access to the email or phone number. I'm trying to get ahold of Rocket Money or Rocket Savings via telephone; however, the only way I've been able to contact them is through chat or email, and the email takes too long, and in the chat, I keep getting booted or disconnected, so I'm not getting any type of resolution.
They have been withdrawing money from my bank account monthly for the subscription and also for the savings account deposit. The last time I tried to reach out to them, they had stopped the charges. I still cannot get into my account, so where is all that money? Is it still in the money account or the savings account through Rocket Money?
I have no idea because I can't talk to a human via phone. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure, something to do with the extra security. I've been trying for two weeks.
I can't do this anymore.
I need to cancel my account. If you can do that, please do that, and then I won't have to worry about anything else with you guys.

I am being charged
I accidentally signed up and now Im being charged $10 a month. I cannot log into my account to cancel my subscription because I forgot my password. I cant get into my email because Ive been locked out and had to get a new email address so I still need to figure out how to cancel my subscription.

Unauthorized payment
I downloaded the Rocket Money app, but when I found out I wasn't able to erase or cancel any of my subscriptions using Rocket Money, I logged out and did not authorize charges nor wanted a subscription from Rocket Money. I found out today RM took 10 dollars out of my account when I never agreed to a subscription.
I attempted calling RM, and they attempted to keep transferring me to different departments!
Not happy at all! Don't fall for all the hype!

The person on the phone was very nice and professional. I was redirected to the right service, but it was closed. I called on Monday and the issue was resolved.
I got approved before 4p. Great customer service!

I need to cancel Rocket Money
It just needs to be canceled and I can't do it because they don't let you a contact them I just need somebody to help me do that
