I didn't authorize the last charge for service and got charged for it. Where can I call to actually talk to a customer service I need a number mail it to me email it to me

I need my phone number changed on my account to log in. It keeps trying to send a verification number to my old 3117 number.

They FORCE you to PAY $5 to talk to an agent to cancel a subscription...they tried to charge me $70 !!! Thankfully my bank caught it.

I have been charge for the entire year and canceled my subscription.. I'd like a refund for the money spent that I have not consented to. I have also reached out to my bank to put a stop on the account since there is really no way to get in touch with you people.

Holiday no service. I have tried multiple times to cancel Rocket Money, but it doesn't work, and it keeps withdrawing money from my account, causing me to be overdrawn and charged overdraft fees.

This is not right! Please refund anything I have in savings.

this company is a scam! i have been trying for over 3 months to close this account and get my balance refunded, and all i keep getting is the runaround! they have no live customer service number, and the online chat just directs to email, which keeps telling me they can't cancel the account, which is bull, because i do not have to keep using their services!

Rocket Money does not have live support. I can only reach via email support@***.com. I have monthly charges plus a savings account that I can't find on the app.

SCAM a big fat scam. They are doing exactly what they are saying they try to help us with.

Taking my money every month and not cancelling my membership.

Tried last month, thought it went thru and nope, this month still taking money out of my bank account.

Going back to bank and having to go to apple (as I am using their app for it) this is ridiculous and a big scam.

Trying to chat with a live person is next to impossible. AI all the way and that is no help.

I cannot proceed to my account because they are texting an old phone number and I no longer have the phone; I have a new one.

I said us seniors citizens and not just me but of lot of us older people cumpiter smart real person I tried your AI and didn't really answer my question or helped and I get a call from one of your employees and they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up yes rocket money has helped a bit

didnt help me at all i need to update my phone number so I can access my account not helpful at all help do anything they just told me to go to some email. Why do you have a phone number? Thats just gonna tell you to go to email I want to talk to someone.

I cancelled my subscription with Rocket Money back in April after my free trial, and I am still getting charged. Each time I do, I go back in and cancel, and this is becoming extremely frustrating.

I have reached out multiple times and haven't heard from anyone. I need you to manually cancel my account and send me my refund of $52.

Too hard to set up and frustrating to try to get it going. I hate being so aggravated, and I am super mad.

On 10/02/26 my bank account has shown a $10.60 debit. I had not authorized this payment and request it be refunded to me immediately

I have not been able to get into my rocket account through app or online.I have tried every suggestion through chat too.Still Can't log in.
