Failure to regain my account
- A phone number on my account is no longer mine.
- I submitted ID/photo twice; no results or reply, and service sent me here so I can't cancel.
I have a phone number attached to my account I don't have anymore. I've emailed with no results after submitting ID and photo twice.
I haven't had any action or reply since. Even trying to call their customer service sent me this way so I don't know what to do with this subscription I can't cancel which was the whole reason I got the Rocket Money app in the first place.

Me too cancel my subscription and get a refund. Do not use rocket money
I was charged for the prescription and I don't even use it. I deleted the app off my phone over a month ago. I want a refund and I want the prescription canceled.

Don't expect anything of it. Just thankful i caught it before i ate it and had some real problems.

nothing. I ended up getting hung up on.
I tried logging in to the website with the credentials that were saved into my phone but the website said no membership exists with those credentials. I'm getting charged every month for a subscription I can't access and dont use anymore.

Cancel subscription too difficult to get a hold of to cancel
I have been trying to call, and wait times are ridiculously long. I have tried to do the cancellation online, and there was no success.

Impossible to cancel service. no phone # to speak to a human
Tried to cancel with chat. Gave them all the info, and they sent me to Just Answer.
Wanted to charge me $5 and wanted credit card info. What kind of scam is Rocket Money involved in?
User's recommendation: If you can't talk to a human being on the phone, stay away. they do not want to deal with pissed customers

Email does not work anymore and I forgot my password
No one answered, like it didn't connect. No one ever came on the phone call.
I kept waiting; it didn't ring or anything. Time just kept running.

- Rocket Money has withdrawn from my checking since 9/22/25.
- I can't login without creating an account.
- Net Cash and Financial Goals are hard to locate.
Rocket Money has been withdrawing money from my checking account since September 22, 2025.
Previously I've been able to login into their app without having to enter login information. Now it says would you like to create an account?"
When I could I could login I could not find a location to see my "Net Cash" or "Financial Goals".
Talking to chat bot no help.
It said those options are available on the the left side of the app. Well if so they are hidden somehow on my Samsung23.
This is why I tried to find a way to communicate with their customer service support team several weeks ago now.
Still no help with a long thread of back and forth condos.
Last email I tried to send separately never went through.

I Have been trying for 3 month to...
I Have been trying for 3 month to CANCEL Rocket Money and have not been able to do it. At this when I go into my account a new renewal screen is there and well not let me close it.
