Rocket Money Customer Service Reviews
Rocket Money has been withdrawing money from my checking account since September 22, 2025.
Previously I've been able to login into their app without having to enter login information. Now it says would you like to create an account?"
When I could I could login I could not find a location to see my "Net Cash" or "Financial Goals".
Talking to chat bot no help.
It said those options are available on the the left side of the app. Well if so they are hidden somehow on my Samsung23.
This is why I tried to find a way to communicate with their customer service support team several weeks ago now.
Still no help with a long thread of back and forth condos.
Last email I tried to send separately never went through.
Someone was to get back with in 24 hours never talked to anyone never got the text I was looking for to help me change old phone number from out the system and add my new one so I can have access to the app AGAIN.
I needed to talked to someone about my personal loan application on Friday. Its was late.
The person on the phone was very nice and professional. I was redirected to the right service, but it was closed. I called on Monday and the issue was resolved.
I got approved before 4p. Great customer service!
