I download the app. Worked thru the program to see if I could make my life long excel budget digital.
After a few days of working with the program
I found it to be a wast of time. My excel budget is set up with monthly expenses and annual expenses (your program dos allow for this). Second my income is what ever I want it to be as i write a check to my self from my investment portfolio (no monthly income) After a few days I deleted the app and saw you charged me $48 on my visa for what I have no idea. Given the fact I couldn't talk to anyone my feeling was this must be a scam.
Now you have my credit card info and there was no way for me to delete. Again...with a busness practice like your, you act like a total SCAM

Approx 2 weeks ago, I subscribed to Rocket Money deluxe for my cell ([PERSON_NAME]; [EMAIL_ADDRESS]; [PHONE_NUMBER] [STREET_ADDRESS]). Then, earlier this week, I, without thinking about it, wanted my wife to have the availability as the app is fantastic.

I want to cancel my wife's subscription and then I would like to install Rocket Money on her phone, using my credentials. I also just accessed the lap top edition.
I would like to use my credentials, to install a deluxe edition on my wife's 17e (iPhone) as well as he lap top since mine id the deluxe edition.

Cancel Service Call for the 4th time
Rocket Money will not listen to me. I have attempted to cancel the service 4 times now without success.
I guess I will try to contact the FTC and then take it from there.
Big hassle, big headaches. Don't get involved with this company...

Cannot log into app
- Cannot log in to Rocket Money; support redirects to Rocket Mortgage.
- No direct Rocket Money contact; password reset loop.
This is awful. I cannot log into Rocket Money after months of use, and customer support only goes to Rocket Mortgage, which cannot help me.
I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this, which only goes to Rocket Mortgage, which says they cannot help me because they are separate. There is no number for Rocket Money. I have always logged in on my phone.
My phone number is ***, and my email is ***. They send me password resets through my email as above and still send me in a constant loop.

Please cancel my trial membership to Rocket Money. I simply was looking at the website and did not put any of my finance information in to sync my accounts.
I am not interested in this service; you can keep the 12.96 charge that you charged to my cc, but I do not expect to be charged any more for this service. I respectfully wish for confirmation that this has been cancelled.
