Still being charged for canceled account
Rocket Money does not have live support. I can only reach via email support@***.com. I have monthly charges plus a savings account that I can't find on the app.

this company is a scam! i have been trying for over 3 months to close this account and get my balance refunded, and all i keep getting is the runaround! they have no live customer service number, and the online chat just directs to email, which keeps telling me they can't cancel the account, which is bull, because i do not have to keep using their services!

I cancelled my subsciption with rocket...
I cancelled my subscription with Rocket Money back in April after my free trial, and I am still getting charged. Each time I do, I go back in and cancel, and this is becoming extremely frustrating.
I have reached out multiple times and haven't heard from anyone. I need you to manually cancel my account and send me my refund of $52.

I want to cancel my subscription.
It should not be so hard for a person to cancel their subscription if they lose access to an old email, an old phone number, or both. And when I go through the proper procedures to try to cancel, I still don't get the proper response.
Preferred solution: I would like help canceling my subscription. Times are hard and I can't afford it. But y'all constantly trying to charge me!!!!

I'm not using Rocket Money for like a year, and I keep getting charged from my bank account. I deleted my account for Rocket Money, and I'm trying to cancel my subscription from my bank account, and I can't.
