Failure to regain my account
I have a phone number attached to my account I don't have anymore. I've emailed with no results after submitting ID and photo twice.
I haven't had any action or reply since. Even trying to call their customer service sent me this way so I don't know what to do with this subscription I can't cancel which was the whole reason I got the Rocket Money app in the first place.

Rocket Money has been withdrawing money from my checking account since September 22, 2025.
Previously I've been able to login into their app without having to enter login information. Now it says would you like to create an account?"
When I could I could login I could not find a location to see my "Net Cash" or "Financial Goals".
Talking to chat bot no help.
It said those options are available on the the left side of the app. Well if so they are hidden somehow on my Samsung23.
This is why I tried to find a way to communicate with their customer service support team several weeks ago now.
Still no help with a long thread of back and forth condos.
Last email I tried to send separately never went through.

Unsatisfied w/ Rocket Money
I was double charged in February and cancelled my premium subscription. They double charged $11.99 on my debit card.
They suck!?

I found the ability to cancel my subscription using the Rocket money app but when I canceled they immediately drew another payment.. unprofessional

I canceled and they are still charging me
I canceled, and they are still charging me $10 now for the third month, and I don't know what they are doing for me, if anything.
