Need help
I need to talk to a person. I will cancel as soon as my money issue is taken care of. How can a company not communicate by phone?
Preferred solution: My money that is being.put in some emergency savings.

Unsatisfied w/ Rocket Money
I was double charged in February and cancelled my premium subscription. They double charged $11.99 on my debit card.
They suck!? 
User's recommendation: Don't sign up for anything with rocket money. And don't try to call them because they don't answer and give you a wrong number.

I still need to change my phone number, so I can get into my account. Rocket money keeps identity code to my old phone number.

Updating my account
- Cannot reach anyone; emails go unanswered.
- Wants to update their phone number.
- Suggests using an unchanged email for verification.
Can never get anyone to speak with. I have emailed and still no response.
I just want to update my number.
Hint: use the email address that no one changes for verification instead of a phone number! JS

Poor support
Rocket Money has one method of changing my email. They use my email only.
I need a cellphone method.
My email doesn't work. Use another.

Cancel and refund
- Struggled to cancel the subscription and keep being charged.
- Requests a full refund from day one.
I have tried to cancel the subscription numerous times, and they keep stealing my money. They have not done anything for me at all but take my money, and I hope it's returned to me, all of it.
I've heard good things and really bad things about this company, and I fell into the really bad side of that equation. I would like a full refund from day one.

I paid my Sirius Bill in December and now Rocket Money wants to charge me again. Please cancel this payment until March 2027.
Also, I signed up for split payments. Please cancel the split payments.

I found the ability to cancel my subscription using the Rocket money app but when I canceled they immediately drew another payment.. unprofessional

I canceled and they are still charging me
I canceled, and they are still charging me $10 now for the third month, and I don't know what they are doing for me, if anything.
