A charge was made to an account I'm not associated with, not under my name. I want to get a refund to solve the matter.

Why cant I speak to a human being on the phone? I used this once and cancelled my subscription afterwards.

Just cancel my subscription that I already cancelled. I have not used this service since the first and only time I did before canceling and want to stop getting emails.

Ironically the only reason I used this was to cancel other subscriptions that were difficult to cancel. Now I'm having the same problem with this one!

I haven't used this app other than one time. Its irrelevant to me.

I am upset because I need to speak to a representative money was taken out of my account without my approval due to the simple fact that the negotiations that were said that were done were not done according to optimum when I spoke with them.

Every time I log in to Rocket Money, it tells me to add my bank. I have done this about 5 times and all five times it was okay with my bank but Rocket Money didn't accept it. So, I have to do it again.

I requested RM negotiate a better rate on my cable bill. I got a notification from rocket money saying they saved me over $600 and that the pre-greed fee would be 50%. However based on the information I've gotten from the cable company my cable bill went up a little bit and I need to talk to a live body on what's going on
