I have not been able to get into my rocket account through app or online.I have tried every suggestion through chat too.Still Can't log in.

5th class business with absolutely no concern for my problems.I thought I was going to be dealing with professional people,I was wrong.

I have had an old account with Rocket Mortgage for several years. I have been attempting to reconnect and can't get past their insistence on using an old, inactive phone number to verify me. Then I have to verify my email through a message that only lasts for 5 minutes but takes forever to show up in my email before I can submit this grumble.

I have an old account with Rocket Money but have changed phone numbers and cannot access it. Have been interested in using their services again regarding refinancing my mortgage and other financial services but can't get past the old phone number and have had little or no help from them in that regard.

The only system refuses to move pas the no inactive old number.

FWIW, I changed phone numbers becasue of the huge amount of spam I was getting, not only from Rocket Mortgage but others as well. Looking for information is not blanket permission to drive me crazy with calls, texts, and emails.

Rocket Money has charged me double/mo periodically since 2025. One month I was charged 4x for my subscription.

Do not subscribe to these yoyo's.

They have overcharged me a total of $190!

I just noticed a withdrawal in my bank account that I DID NOT authorize! I called my bank and was told that you have taken a monthly withdraw this month and last month.

I looked at your website previously but did not sign up for anything. Please refund me the amount withdrawn $26.04 ($13.02 8.24.26 and $13.02 9.24.26) And cancel anything you think I signed up for.

If you don't refund me then I will be disputing with my bank. Thank you.

I canceled the subscription and it's still take money over and over, send me my money back !! {{Redacted}}

I have a premium membership and I cannot get access to my account. My phone number has been updated, but not in your system.

I want to talk to a person to cancel my Rocket Money account as I have not been satisfied. I could not talk to anyone as they said to email them or go through chat on the app.

Tried to reset the password, big fail. Help from customer service as the number isn't good for Nevada.

I decided to cancel my account and find another company that can help me cancel subscriptions.

Why put a customer service number if it's not a working number in the US? I liked the app, but the service is unavailable.

I haven't been on Rocket Money in weeks, and I'm getting charged a subscription fee that I never authorized.

I never signed for a membership and am getting billed for 3 months, making my bank account negative because I don't have 8 dollars for an app that is useless.

Don't use this *** because they don't let you cancel; they just steal your money every month. Why do I have to give them a star? They don't deserve any.

I had a trial account that I canceled befor expiration. I am being billed monthly for an account. i whant to know why and I want my money refunded.
